Questions we get before the first call

Do I need to already be using AI tools or software?

No. The site survey is specifically for businesses that have not started yet, or who tried something and found it did not fit. We look at what you have and write down what would need to be in place first.

How long does the site survey take?

Usually two to three hours on site, depending on how many systems and staff are involved. The written readiness note is delivered within three working days of the visit.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

Mostly trades and service businesses in Penang and the surrounding area — air conditioning contractors, plumbing and electrical firms, and general maintenance outfits where technicians are writing job notes in the field. The job sheet summary service was built specifically for that workflow.

What happens if the job notes are hard to read or incomplete?

Unclear entries are flagged and returned to the technician for confirmation, not filled in by guesswork. The scope covers your job types and your invoicing system, so over the first month of checked output we build a record of what needs clarification and what does not.

Is there a contract for the care retainer?

There is no minimum term. You can stop at any point. When you do, we hand over the documentation and configuration in a format your next person can use — it does not stay with us.

How much does it cost to run AI tools each month?

Running costs depend on the volume of job notes processed and which tools are in use. Under the care retainer, we track this each month and compare it to what was actually processed, so you can see the number clearly rather than finding a surprise on a credit card statement.
